Agreement to Terms
By purchasing from ZAT Gaming Store — whether in-store at our Faisalabad location or online via www.zatgamingstore.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.
Product Warranty Terms
Brand Warranty: Products carrying official manufacturer warranty are covered per respective brand policies (MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, Intel, AMD, Corsair, Samsung, etc.). Warranty processing time depends on official distributors and service centers. Customer must provide the original invoice, complete packaging, and warranty card if applicable.
Local Warranty
Covers functional and hardware faults only. Warranty becomes void if the warranty seal is broken, physical damage is found, burn marks or liquid damage are present, PCB is repaired or modified, serial number or sticker is removed, or damage was caused by power surge or incorrect voltage.
International Warranty
Some items carry international warranty only. Customers may need to claim directly through the manufacturer. International shipping and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Used Product Warranty
Duration (7-day, 30-day, 90-day) is clearly stated on invoice. Does not cover heating due to poor airflow, software or Windows issues, compatibility issues, fan noise, physical or liquid damage, or power fluctuation damage.
Dead Pixel Policy
For monitors and displays, 1–2 dead pixels may be considered acceptable per manufacturer standards. Replacement depends on the brand’s dead pixel policy. Physical panel damage is not covered under any circumstance.
Graphics Card Conditions
Graphics card warranty is void if the card was opened or repaired, used for crypto mining without disclosure at time of purchase, burnt due to PSU or electrical issues, has rust or liquid damage, or has modified PCB or components. Minor temperature variations and fan sound are considered normal behaviour.
Custom Gaming PC Terms
Customers must verify and approve complete specifications before order confirmation. Changes after build completion may incur service or labour charges. Software or Windows issues are not covered under hardware warranty. RGB lighting and fan designs may vary depending on stock availability at time of build.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, including the Sale of Goods Act 1930, Consumer Protection Act (Punjab) 2005, and applicable Federal regulations. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the Consumer Court of Faisalabad, Punjab. ZAT Gaming Store reserves the right to repair, replace, reject, or refund any claim after technical inspection and policy verification. Policies may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
