Delivery Coverage

ZAT Gaming Store delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P (Muttahida), and Trax. Orders are dispatched from our store in Faisalabad, Punjab.

Delivery Timeframes

Faisalabad / Same City: 1–2 working days
Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan): 2–4 working days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 working days
Imported / Special Orders: 2–6 weeks depending on origin country and customs clearance

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination. Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. For heavy items (PCs, monitors), additional freight charges may apply. In-store pickup from Faisalabad is available at no extra cost.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays (including Eid, Independence Day, etc.) will be processed the next working day. A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel through the respective courier’s website or app.

Important Shipping Notes

ZAT Gaming Store is not responsible for damage caused by the courier during transit. Customers must inspect parcels at the time of delivery and note any damage with the courier before signing. For warranty claims related to courier damage, customers must provide photographic evidence at delivery. Delays caused by courier companies, customs, or external circumstances are beyond our control. We are not liable for data loss from SSDs, HDDs, or storage devices during shipping. For imported items, additional customs duties and taxes may apply as per FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
