Refund Policy

Flexible return and cancellation policies created to ensure customer satisfaction, easy request processing, and a smooth resolution experience—making every purchase secure and worry-free.

New / Sealed Products — Returns

Brand-new sealed products may only be returned within 3 days of delivery or purchase date under the following conditions: Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), wrong item was delivered, or manufacturing fault confirmed by our technical team. Return Conditions — the product must be in original, undamaged condition, include original box, all accessories, manuals, and original invoice, have no scratches, dents, burns, or physical damage, and have warranty stickers and serial numbers fully intact.

Used / Local Products — Returns

All used products are fully tested before sale. Returns are accepted only if the product is not functioning as described at time of sale, or a major undisclosed fault is confirmed. Used items are otherwise considered final sale once accepted and signed for by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance: software licenses and digital product keys, opened consumables (thermal paste, cleaning liquids, cables), physically damaged items, burnt or water-damaged products, products damaged by misuse, overclocking, mining, voltage fluctuation, or improper installation, custom-built PCs after customer approval and delivery, and clearance sale or AS-IS marked items.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when replacement stock is unavailable for a defective product, the product qualifies under valid return conditions, or a warranty claim cannot be fulfilled by us or the manufacturer. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 working days. Shipping and courier charges are non-refundable. Bank or payment gateway deductions may apply. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at purchase (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or cash).

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the return policy above will apply instead. Advance payments for imported items, special orders, and custom PCs are non-refundable once order confirmation is completed. Cancellation after confirmation may result in deduction charges to cover sourcing and processing costs. Under Pakistan’s consumer protection guidelines (Consumer Protection Act, Punjab 2005), customers are entitled to a fair remedy for defective goods. We are committed to honouring these rights.
